Endo S
Endo S is a highly specific endoglycosidase that cleaves within the chitobiose core of N-linked glycans on the Fc region of IgG antibodies. Unlike PNGase F, Endo S is selective for complex-type glycans on immunoglobulins, making it an indispensable tool in glycoprotein characterization, therapeutic antibody research, and quality control testing.
